How to wear your arm band correctly
Refer to the manufacturer’s manual for detailed instructions to wear, activate and troubleshoot your arm band.
Arm bands are typically activated with the following steps:
- Slide the arm band up your arm to the bottom part of your bicep, just above your elbow, with the sensor facing the inner arm. If that is uncomfortable you can also wear it just below your elbow with the sensor facing the inner arm.

- Tighten the band so that the monitor fits firmly against your skin and stays in place during the workout.
- Press the power button on the top or side of the device to switch it on.
- Lights on the monitor typically indicate that the belt has woken up successfully.
